Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
All purchases of Seenix subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers outside the United States) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the United States), who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means that your purchase is made from Paddle, not directly from Seenix. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund requests.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Seenix subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No conditions apply. To qualify for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- The 14-day period begins on the date of the first payment
Refund requests made after the 14-day period are not available.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments
Crypto payments are processed manually and are available for early access customers while card payments are under review.
- Crypto payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law
- Payment requires account verification and is activated after confirmation
- For billing questions, contact support@seenix.io before sending payment
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Seenix until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not available
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please use one of the following methods:
- Via Paddle: Contact Paddle directly through the purchase confirmation email you received, or visit paddle.net
- Via Email: Contact us at support@seenix.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union or other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain all rights granted to you under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
